A former Cyclone scored his first career touchdown, and another had a big rushing day to round out the Cyclones in the NFL during Week 4.
Jayden Higgins
In the Texans’ 26-0 win over the Titans, Higgins caught his first career touchdown on his lone catch of the day. The touchdown went for 24 yards.
Breece Hall
The Jets and Hall played Monday Night Football against the Dolphins, and Hall ran for 81 yards and caught five passes for 30 yards. Hall also had his longest rush of the season with a 23-yard scamper.
Brock Purdy
Despite throwing two interceptions in the loss to the Jaguars, Purdy was back from injury and aired it out for 309 yards passing. Purdy threw for two touchdowns as well.
Jake Hummel
In his best game of the season up to this point, Hummel tallied five total tackles in the Ravens’ loss to the Chiefs. Hummel had his second and third solo tackles of the year.
Xavier Hutchinson
Hutchinson hauled in two passes for 17 yards to bring his season total to nine catches for 92 yards, averaging over 10 yards a catch.
Despite it being a down week statistically for former Cyclones, several other players saw the field frequently and made an impact that does not always show up in the stat sheet.
