AMES — Iowa State Athletics announced the return of its annual Cyclone Tailgate Tour, a 10-stop statewide event scheduled for May 18 through 22.

The 20th annual tour will feature appearances from athletics director Jamie Pollard, football coach Jimmy Rogers, men’s basketball coach T.J. Otzelberger, women’s basketball coach Bill Fennelly and several other coaches and staff members.

Each stop is free and open to fans of all ages. Events will include coach updates, appearances from Cy and spirit squad members, giveaways, photo opportunities and food and beverages available for purchase.

“This is a great opportunity for our staff to engage with loyal Cyclone fans across the state and is always a highlight of our year,” Pollard said in a release.

Fans will have the opportunity to meet Iowa State’s newest head coaches, including Rogers, wrestling coach Brent Metcalf and women’s wrestling coach Alli St. John.

Evening programs will begin at 6:30 p.m. at all locations except Davenport and Council Bluffs, which will begin at 7 p.m. Doors open 30 minutes before each event.

Iowa State merchandise will be available for purchase at evening stops.

May 19: Cedar Rapids, DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

May 20: Waterloo, SingleSpeed Brewing Co., noon to 1 p.m.

May 20: Clear Lake, Surf Ballroom, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

May 21: Fort Dodge, Opera House at Fort Museum, noon to 1 p.m.

May 21: Okoboji, Roof Garden Ballroom at Arnolds Park, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

May 22: Sioux City, Sioux City Convention Center, noon to 1 p.m.

May 22: Council Bluffs, Mid-America Center, 6 to 8 p.m.
