Stephen A. Smith, the ESPN featured sports commentator on ESPN’s “First Take,” will be hosting a Q&A this Friday ISU After Dark.

Along with being on “First Take,” Smith also hosts the “Stephen A. Smith Show” on SiriusXM’s Mad Dog Sports Radio, a two-hour sports show produced and broadcasted from ESPN Audio’s headquarters.

Smith has been with ESPN since 2003, having had many different positions with the company over the years. He began as an analysts, moving up to hosting shows of his own.

Smith got his start in the world of sports reporting as a columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer and a reporter for the Greensboro News and Record, New York Daily News and the Winston-Salem Journal.

Stephen A. Smith is set to host a Q&A at 11:00 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Memorial Union. The event is free and part of the ISU After Dark festivities that night.
