Week three of Happiness: The Iowa State of Mind

Participants were asked to add an extra 30 minutes of exercise to their daily routine. Some of the suggested activities included brisk walking, swimming, jumping rope or other moderate exercise activities.

To follow along: During week four, participants will commit three random conscious acts of kindness each day. If you would like to follow along, try offering unique compliments, buying someone a coffee or writing a nice letter to someone.
