Emily Heaton, associate professor of agronomy, will explore a potential transition from a fossil-based to a plant-based economy during a lecture Monday night. 

The Osborne Club Lecture, “Perennial Power,” will take place from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Hach Hall and will be free to attend.

A club social will precede the lecture at 5:30 p.m. and will cost $10 for students and $15 for non-students.
