Dan Smyers and James Shay Mooney met in Nashville, Tennessee in 2012 after being born in Wexford, Pennsylvania and Natural Dam, Arkansas respectively. The day after they met, Smyers and Mooney began writing together and two months later they signed a record deal with Warner/Chappell Music.

The duo’s single “19 You + Me” was certified platinum, selling over 720,000 copies. Following the debut, Dan + Shay released their third single “Nothin’ Like You” which reached #1 on the U.S. Country Airplay chart.

“Where It All Began,” the duo’s debut LP was released in April of 2014 with “19 You + Me,” “Nothin’ Like You” and “Show You Off” serving as the album’s singles.

The duo released their newest single, “From the Ground Up” in February and is the lead single from their upcoming, yet-to-be-titled sophomore album.

“The Voice” contestant  RaeLynn and country singer-songwriter Maren Morris will open the show.

RaeLynn appeared on season two of TV singing competition “The Voice.” After being offered spots on the teams of Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, she eventually chose to be a part of “Team Blake.”

RaeLynn was eventually eliminated in the quarterfinals.

Morris released her first album “Walk On” in 2005 and her newest album “Hero” will be released on June 3.

Morris will open for Keith Urban this summer on the “ripcord World Tour.”
