Drunken Gummies

Ingredients:
– gummies of your choice (bears, worms, Sour Patch Kids, Peach Rings, etc.)
– alcohol of choice (tequila, rum, vodka, whiskey)
Directions:
Pour the alcohol into a bowl. Submerge the gummies. Let them soak for five to eight hours (be mindful, overly-soggy gummies fall apart and feel strange to eat).
Margarita Ice Pops

Ingredients:
– ½ cup tequila
– 6 tbsp. lime juice
– ¼ cup coarse kosher salt
– 6 frozen lime-flavored ice pops and/or fruit bars
Directions:
Mix tequila and lime juice in a measuring cup. Place the salt in a small bowl. Unwrap the ice/fruit pops and put them in a deep bowl or individual glasses. Pour tequila mixture over the ice pops (alternative: submerge the ice pops in the tequila mixture for as long as you’d like). Dip the tequila ice/fruit pops in the salt and serve.
Piña Colada Cupcakes

Ingredients:
– 1 box white cake mix (eggs and vegetable oil according to package)
– 1 cup pineapple juice
– ½ cup coconut rum
– 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
– ½ cup shredded, sweetened coconut (optional)
Directions:
Add the mix, eggs and oil (according to the cake mix box’s directions) in a mixing bowl. Substitute the water with pineapple juice and coconut rum. Mix well. Add (optional) pineapple and mix until well-blended. Fold in the (optional) shredded coconut. Bake according to the cake mix box’s instructions.
Midori Pina Punch

Ingredients:
– 1 cup Midori Melon Liqueur
– 1 cup Cabo Wabo Tequila Blanco
– 1 cup mango juice
– 3 cups pineapple juice
– splash of Sprite
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled punch bowl or pitcher and stir.
