D’Qwell Jackson, starting linebacker for the Indianapolis Colts, was arrested Feb. 3 for allegedly punching a pizza delivery guy in a debacle over a parking spot.

According to the Indianapolis Star, Washington D.C. police responded to a disturbance call and ended up taking Jackson into custody. Jackson was charged with assault and was released that same night.

ABC 7 reports that “the 31-year-old pizza delivery employee told police he said to Jackson that he was going to use the space momentarily.” Allegedly, Jackson got upset and used vulgar language before punching the delivery guy in the face and on the back of his head.

Jackson is the third Colts player to have been arrested in the past month. Preceding Jackson’s charge is Andrew Jackson’s DUI and Josh McNary’s rape charge.

On Jan. 18, Jackson made headlines as the defensive player who intercepted Tom Brady, quarterback for the New England Patriots, and started the “DeflateGate” scandal during the AFC Championship Game.
