Gov. Terry Branstad outlined his goals for the 2015 legislative session in his Condition of the State address Tuesday: 

1. Create a balanced budget.

2. Ending bullying in Iowa.

3. Foster affordable education through $10,000 degrees and another tuition freeze.

4. Connect Iowans’ homes to broadband internet.

5. Keep the government more accountable.
