Here is the schedule for the first day of the two-day Board of Regents meeting starting Sept. 9.
Sept. 9
2:30 to 3:30 p.m.: property and facilities committee meeting in the Sun Room

The board will seek approval of the five-year, state-funded capital plan for fiscal years 2016-20 of $497.9 million.

The board will consider a new ISU Student Innovation Center for $8 million.

Iowa State is requesting approval for a $3.7 million budget to construct a new electrical substation. The new substation would be built to meet increasing campus electrical needs due to new construction and renovations.
3:45 p.m.: Board convenes for an open session in the Sun Room
3:45 to 4:45 p.m.: Closed Session for Agenda Item 2 in the Sun Room
