A stabbing occurred in Crestview Mobile Home Park on West Lincoln Way early July 24.

According to a press release, the Story County Sheriff’s Office was called to the mobile home park around 4:30 a.m. There, it found Sean Pollard, 25, with a superficial cut to the forehead.

After the incident, Lari-Jo Henry, 40, was arrested and charged with carrying weapons, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Henry was transported to the Story County Jail.

The stabbing occurred after an altercation between Henry and Clarence Morrow, 58, at Morrow’s residence. The two were fighting when Henry allegedly threatened Morrow with a knife and pushed him out of the home.

Morrow fell from the steps outside of his home and hit his head and knee. He was taken by ambulance to Mary Greeley Medical Center and treated for injuries to his head, neck and leg.

The Story County Sheriff’s Office said Pollard was a “Good Samaritan” and stopped to help Morrow and attempt to subdue Henry. The office also said Henry then stabbed Pollard in the forehead. Pollard refused treatment at the scene.
