Friley Residence Hall is not only Iowa State’s largest dorm complex on campus, but also one of the greatest in size in the nation. Encompassing over 360,000 sq. ft. of land and housing one out of every ten students who live on campus, it is feasible and not uncommon for new students and university employees to have trouble navigating the building.
