The ISU soccer team exploded offensively Sunday afternoon, defeating North Dakota 4-0 at the Cyclones Sports Complex.

Freshman forward Koree Willer started things off for the Cyclones (4-2), putting in a shot from distance just four minutes into the game.

The scoring continued just before the end of the first half when Jennifer Dominguez found Hayley Womack inside the box for a second goal. Just moments later, Womack returned the favor by assisting Dominguez to her third goal of the season.

As the second half began, Susie Potterveld put home a 20-yard shot to put Iowa State’s total up to four.

The Cyclones will travel to Santa Clara, Calif., on Thursday, Sept. 12, to take on Santa Clara. The game is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. Central time
