Baylor came back with a run of its own in the bottom of the first to lessen the lead to one run. At the top of the third inning Iowa State was able to score three runs with the help of a two-run double from Maddie Reese.

After loading the bases with no outs in the bottom of the third, the Bears answered once again matching the three runs the Cyclones put up making the game 5-4 in favor of the Cyclones.

In the sixth inning Baylor was able to hit in a tying run and get two more runs in off of an ISU error and an illegal pitch winning the game 5-7.

Baylor (29-7) has swept Iowa State (14-19) for the second season in a row with its win Saturday, March 30, 2013.

The Cyclones play next at 3 p.m. April 3 at Northern Iowa.
