Hawkeyes defeat Cyclones in Iowa City

In the Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series, the ISU swimming and diving team lost to Iowa with a score of 190-108.

The Cyclones are now 2-3 for the season, wrapping up their fall season before leaving for winter training in Puerto Rico.

Junior Imelda Wistey took first in the 100 breaststroke and second in the 200 Individual Medley.

The Cyclones had a second-place finish in 200 Medley and the 400 Freestyle Relay.

Bre Loeschke took first in the 200 backstroke and Amanda Paulson took second in 50 freestyle.

Emilie Wiltsie got a personal best in 100 breaststroke finishing in third.

In diving, Elyse Brouillette finished second on one-meter board, another personal best for Brouillette who finished with a personal best last week in Iowa City on platform.

The ISU swimming and diving team will compete again against Vanderbilt on Jan. 4 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.
