ISU soccer falls on the road to Kansas

Coming off a 3-0 win against in-state rival Drake last Sunday, ISU soccer traveled to Lawrence, Kansas to take on the Jayhawks.

Iowa State (10-8, 1-5 Big 12) fell to Kansas (9-6-2, 3-4 Big 12) 4-1 on Friday.

Junior forward Jennifer Dominguez had Iowa State’s only goal. She now has 14 goals on the season.

Junior goalkeeper Maddie Jobe had four saves on the afternoon.

The Cyclones struggled with fouls throughout the entire game. They racked up 18 on Friday and two yellow cards.

Iowa State continues its road trip in Waco, Texas on Sunday. It will face No. 20 Baylor who is first in the Big 12.
