Construction work is wrapping up on South 16th Street as Grand Avenue is extended north to the Coldwater Golf Links entrance. Pedestrian access is open along the newly constructed path. Traffic should use caution in this area. Work is expected to continue for a few more weeks before the new roadway is opened.
