River Oak closed from Grove Avenue to Northwood Drive, Kellogg Avenue closed from River Oak to Duff Avenue

In the third phase of a full-depth asphalt and pavement replacement, River Oak will be closed from Grove Avenue to Northwood Drive. Kellogg Avenue will be closed from River Oak to Duff Avenue. Construction dates will be announced at a later date.
