Katie Orr, daughter of Marty and Melissa Orr, and Kyle Halbur, son of Douglas and Kembir Halbur, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Orr, of Manning, is a sophomore at Iowa State in elementary education.

Halbur, of Glidden, is a junior at Iowa State in criminology and criminal justice.

The couple will marry in the summer of 2012.
