Iowa State Center releases Fall/Spring schedule

The Iowa State Center this week released the performance schedule for the new performing arts series.

Among the acts making stops at CY Stephens this season are Broadway classics “Jesus Christ Superstar” and “Cabaret,” along with a Christmas performance by Lorie Line and a performance of “Swan Lake” by the Moscow Festival Ballet, according to a press release.

“Our theme for shows at Stephens Auditorium this year really says it all: Engage your mind, excite your senses and come to Ames to enjoy the arts,” said Mark North, executive director of the Iowa State Center, in a press release.

Tickets will be available to the public starting July 7. Donors and subscribers to the Performing Arts Fund can purchases tickets early until June 30.
