Heavy rainfall throughout the day on Friday in Palo Alto, California, caused both the Iowa State softball teams’ games against Colorado State and Stanford to be canceled.

The Cyclones were scheduled to play the Rams at 4:30 p.m. and the Cardinals at 6:30 p.m.

All in all, only two games in the Demarini Invitational were able to be played on Friday.

The Cyclones will play the Rams at 1 p.m. on Saturday, followed by a game with the Cardinal 5:30 p.m.
