ISU student facing facing felony drug-related charges

An Iowa State student was arrested by the Ames/ISU/ Story County Drug Task Force on six drug-related charges Tuesday.

Brian Ricken, 19, 4528 Friley Hall, has been charge with possession of LSD with intent to deliver, a Class B Felony. He is also charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a Class D felony, two charges of violation of Iowa Drug Tax Stamp Act, a Class D felony, prohibited acts, an aggravated misdemeanor, and possession of psilocybin mushrooms, a serious misdemeanor.

The freshman liberal arts and science major is being held at the Story County Jail on a $47,650 bond.
