Iowa State University’s softball team will be facing the Arizona Wildcats at the Cyclone Sports Complex from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday.
Naomi Oreskes, known for “Why Trust Science?” and award-winning “Science on a Mission” will be holding a lecture at 6 p.m. Monday in the Memorial Union Sun Room.
A keynote and panel discussion will cover how artificial intelligence and human-centered sales strategy connect and how to remain ethical while using artificial intelligence. The innovation summit will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Christian Petersen Art Museum will be holding an in-depth exploration of the exhibition “Albert Paley: Origins” and his sculpture, Transformation. The tour will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Cyclone Cinema will be playing the movie “Anaconda” for free at 7 p.m., Thursday through Sunday, at Carver 101.
Emmy award-winning Beatles tribute band The Fab Four comes to Stephens Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Friday, celebrating the film “Help!” With tickets costing $33.
The final AfterDark event of the semester will be held at the Memorial Union from 9 p.m. Friday to 1 a.m. with guest stars Jesse Eisenberg, Noah Sonie and other activities, free for all ISU students.
A yearly fundraiser held by the Department of Theatre and Music, held at the home of Dennis Wendell, will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. Seats are $50 and can be reserved by contacting [email protected].
Luke Combs will be performing at Jack Trice Stadium as part of his “My Kinda Saturday Night” tour along with special guests. The performance will begin at 5:20 p.m. with tickets available on Ticketmaster, StubHub and more.
Off campus
Conservation specialist Katelyn Rinicker will hold a presentation on what native seed banks are and how the community can plant their own gardens. The event will be held in Farwell T. Brown Auditorium at the Ames Public Library from 6 to 7 p.m.
Family-friendly bingo event with prizes and free to play, at Torrent Brewing Company from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
Brother Trucker and Bad Vibes will be performing at Ames City Auditorium at 7:15 p.m. Tickets are $10 each, and Iowa State students who present their ID will receive a special 2-for-1 admission.
Chris Patterson will be performing at Cornbred BBQ from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday.
