Iowa State adds three-star athlete from California

Iowa State picked up its 11th football commitment, athlete Leonard Glass, in the class of 2019 on Monday. Glass announced his decision on Twitter.  

Glass is rated as a three-star prospect according to 247Sports. The Fresno, Calif. native is ranked as the No. 102 player in California.

The Cyclone commit is listed as an athlete, but he should fit somewhere in the Iowa State secondary or as a running back in the Cyclone offense.. Glass’ measurables are listed as 5-foot-10 and 180-pounds.

Along with Iowa State’s offer, Glass held offers from Washington State, Oregon State, Fresno State and five other schools.

The newest addition to the Iowa State class of 2019 is the first player classified as an athlete in the class.
