Country music artist Jason Aldean was performing at the Route 91 Harvest Festival when shots fired from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay on Sunday, Oct. 1.

After the mass shooting in Las Vegas this morning, many prominent figures around the country went to Twitter to express their feelings and condolences:
