One of the biggest setbacks when trying to prepare meals in a dorm can be the absence of a stove or oven.

This is where the microwave saves the day.

With a microwaveable safe mug and a little creativity, everything from breakfast dishes, to comfort foods, to desserts can be cooked in the microwave.

*Keep in mind that cooking times may vary depending on the microwave being used.
