Week three reflections: Chris Jorgensen

This week has been the easiest for me so far because I already have a habit of exercise. My problem was finding the time to do it everyday, because there are a few days a week that I’m busy almost the entire day.

But, I managed to exercise 4 out of the 5 days, up from my usual 2 to 3. I went to the rec. center and played basketball, sometimes I ran and sometimes I lifted. I have always loved exercise as a way to make me feel better because I always feel great after a workout.

This activity is something that I will definitely keep doing and it is definitely effective for me.
