Two ISU women’s track and field jumpers grabbed Second Team All-American honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Birmingham, Ala., on Friday.

Kate Hall and Jhoanmy Luque finished 12th and 15th, respectively, in the women’s long jump.

Hall, a freshman making her NCAA Indoor Championships debut, leaped to a 20-foot-1-inch mark. She made the leap on her first of three attempts.

Luque, a sophomore, made her 19-foot-11-inch leap on her third and final try. Luque is now a two-time All-American.

Christina Hillman is the lone woman left to compete for the Cyclones. She will compete in the shot put at 5 p.m. Saturday.
