The Planned Parenthood sign in Ames.

The investigative videos released by The Center for Medical Progress prove that Planned Parenthood sells aborted baby parts. For those of us who have worked in the abortion industry, the fact that Planned Parenthood puts its profits above all else comes as no surprise.

Planned Parenthood of the Heartland (PPH), which covers Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma, recently released its Annual Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015. PPH reports 94,858 contraceptive visits, down from 130,980 in 2014. Breast exams completed were 5,954, down from 15,221 in 2014 and total patients seen were 48,072, down from 59,989 in 2014.

While this is a significant decrease in patient services, PPH reported that its profits increased by $1,900,000! Its fundraising rose by $1.3 million and investment income is up nearly $500,000! That’s a lot of income for a “non-profit” that claims it needs our tax dollars to stay in business.
