A Social Justice Summit for undergraduate students will take place on campus this weekend in order to provide an opportunity for Iowa State students to discuss issues surrounding diversity and learn how to be catalysts for change.

The summit will take place Friday and Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Multicultural Center of the Memorial Union.

The summit, which is in its 16th year, is free and open to all students.

According to the Student Activities Center website, it’s “an event designed for undergraduate students aimed at providing them with the opportunity to increase their awareness surrounding issues of inclusion and to develop action plans that will assist them in being agents of change on campus.”
