Former ISU basketball players continue to impress at the Orlando portion of the NBA summer league.

On Wednesday, two former Cyclones took the floor once again.

Former ISU forward Melvin Ejim and the rest of the Orlando Magic white squad took on the Charlotte Hornets.

Ejim put up 10 points, two assists and grabbed a game-high seven rebounds, on his way to helpingĀ Orlando beat Charlotte 81-68.

Ejim has made a case for an NBA roster spot this summer, averaging 11.6 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists through three games.

Former Cyclone guard Diante Garrett took the floor one last time in Orlando, suiting up for the Los Angeles Clippers, who were set to square off against the Miami Heat.

He had his best outing in the summer league, filling the state book up with 20 points, six rebounds, and three assists. Garrett averaged 5.7 points, 2.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game for the Clippers this summer.

Garrett is not the only Cyclone on the Clippers’ summer league roster. Former first-team All-Big 12 forward Royce White is currently suiting up for the squad as well, but did not play on Wednesday.

Ejim will play his last game of the summer league on Thursday when he and the Orlando white squad take on the Brooklyn Nets.
