ISU men’s track, field’s performance at last season’s Jim Duncan Invitational

The ISU men’s track and field team will compete in Des Moines this weekend for the Jim Duncan Invitational. 

Here is a look at last season’s results from that meet. 

Ivan Tamba, now a senior, finished third and second in the 100-meter and 200-meter races, respectively. He notched a personal record in the 200 with a 21.62 second mark. 

Brandon Carnes, a senior at the time, finished in first place for the 200-meter race with a time of 21.42 seconds.

Now-redshirt junior Tyler Jermann had his personal best in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 14:57.58. 

Iowa State’s 4×400-meter relay team finished behind Drake for second place. Its time was 3:51.92.
