ISU wrestling legend Les Anderson passed away

Former ISU wrestling legend Les Anderson passed away on Friday in Ames. He was 74 years old.

Anderson, who spent more than five decades as a part of the ISU wrestling program as an athlete, coach and administrator, was a two-time national champion and three-time All-American from 1958-60.

Anderson accumulated countless accolades in the wrestling world as a member of the Iowa Wrestling Hall of Fame (1994) and the National Wrestling Hall of Fame (2004).
