CyRide will leave the headlights on buses turned on all day on Sunday.

In a news release, Sheri Kyras, director for CyRide, said, “This is a simple, but very visible gesture to let residents know that CyRide is honoring the memory of those who aren’t with us today as a result of terrorist attacks.”

Kyras said CyRide invites drivers of other vehicles to show their support on 9/11 by turning on their headlights as well.
