At 18-12 and 7-9 in the Big 12, the Longhorns will need 5’7 guard Yvonne Anderson to continue her impressive play in the backcourt if they want any chance at a Big 12 tournament championship or an NCAA tournament bid.
Texas’ third-leading scorer at 12.2 points per game, Anderson has been on fire for the Longhorns over the last four games of the season, averaging a team-best 19.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in 38.8 minutes per game.
