University proposes increase in graduate, extension course fees

The university submitted proposed fee adjustments for 2011-2012 that will be discussed by the Board of Regents at its meeting Thursday.

The proposal increases undergraduate extension courses and continuing education courses from $255 to $273.

The proposal also increases graduate, Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Seed Technology and business extension course fees by 7 percent.

Administrative billing fees will go form $5 to $7.50.

ID card annual maintenance fee for non-students and non-employees and late or no show appointment fees for student counseling services will be eliminated.

Conditional tuition and mandatory fees for FY 2011-2012 have not been released, but they are expected to be released prior to Thursday’s meeting.
