Right now I am an avid junk food eater. And I don’t make time to work out very often.

By spring break, I want to have dropped 5 pounds. I’m a pretty healthy weight so that’s not my main focus. More important than losing weight, I just want to get in shape and eat healthier.

I’m going to try to achieve my goal by working out 5 days a week and committing to a healthy diet. I’ll probably work out menus for myself.
