Lindsey Loomer, daughter of Scott and Joni Loomer, and Trent Jacobson, son of John and Barb Jacobson, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Loomer, of Maple Grove, Minn., is an alumna of Iowa State, graduating in May 2010 with a degree in advertising. She is currently employed by Prime Advertising and Design in Maple Grove.

Jacobson, of Chanhassen, Minn., is a senior at Iowa State majoring in materials engineering. He is currently employed by the university as a research assistant at Ames Laboratory.

The couple will marry on Sept. 24, 2011, in Chanhassen, Minn.
