Kayla Slycord, daughter of Mike and Kendra Slycord, and Brock Martin, son of Bob and Cindy Martin, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Slycord, of Oskaloosa, is a senior at Iowa State majoring in apparel merchandising, design and production.

Martin, of Oskaloosa, is a junior at Iowa State University majoring in logistics and supply chain management.

The couple will marry June 18, 2011.
