The Des Moines-based band, On a Pale Horse, is set to release its new album, “A Generation of Vipers,” on March 4.

The band’s MySpace page is currently streaming a new song off the album, called “Release the Smoke.” According to a quote from www.metalunderground.com, the track was originally written for the band’s last album but “didn’t make the final cut.” In addition, the band will continue to release a new song each week on its MySpace page until the album’s release date.
