In his letter of September 11, Andy Merrick tells us that “It is important to know that no one has ever seen the physical hand of God torturing anyone.” Moses disagrees with Mr. Merrick. In Exodus 15:6 he says “Thy right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O LORD, hath dashed in pieces the enemy.” Furthermore, it is clearly obvious that God is a man of war (Ex 15:3), unless of course, we abandon our literal interpretations of the Bible.
