Members of 4-H dine at the Night to Shine Banquet in Hilton Coliseum June 21. The banquet was part of the 2000 Iowa 4-H Youth Conference, in which the theme was “A Time to Shine.” About 950 teen-agers took part in the leadership conference, which featured activities including the Animal Science Roundup, arts and crafts and landscaping.
