California Sen. Kamala Harris will be making an early campaign stop at Drake University on Monday.

CNN will be hosting the town hall event at Drake University in Des Moines. The town hall will begin at 9 p.m. in Sheslow Auditorium. The event will be filmed live and moderated by Jake Tapper.

Harris is the third woman to make an appearance in the state, following two of her Senate colleagues, Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, who have also campaigned in Iowa in recent weeks.

The town hall will mark the second day of Harris’ campaign trail, which kicked off Sunday in the Senator’s hometown of Oakland, California. This will be CNN’s first town hall of the 2020 season.
