Every year, the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State selects three successful businesswomen to receive a prestigious award. This year, one of the awardees is Kimberly Baeth, an Iowa State alum and owner of Golden Openings Inc., a company that helps with special and ceremonial events. Baeth founded the company 25 years ago, and it grew into an international success, a feat that helped her earn one of the Ivy Women in Business awards.
