The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the Campanile Room of the Memorial Union.

The senate will also debate several items of legislation, including a resolution expressing support toward an increase to the Memorial Union student fee and a resolution requesting a mental health statement on course syllabi.

Other business includes a $34,000 request for funding for a SafeRide driver for the Iowa State Police Department and a $408 request in funding from the Food Recovery Network for reusable food bins.

At last week’s meeting, the senate heard from Iowa State Interim President Ben Allen — who touched on issues concerning campus climate and tuition.

The senate also unanimously passed a resolution in support of cameras in Campustown.
