Although the puck drop was pushed back, No. 10 Cyclone Hockey wasted little time putting pucks in the net Saturday during its 7-0 win over No. 19 Utah.

Colton Kramer put the Cyclones on the scoreboard 25 seconds into the game by way of a redirect in front of the net.

Less than two minutes later, Clayton Janecke scored to extend the lead to 2-0. The goal forced a goalie change for the Utes, but it did not seem to help much.

The Cyclones scored twice more in the period thanks to Jon Severson and Drew Carlson, entering the first intermission with a 4-0 lead.

The scoring continued in the second period for the Cyclones and especially for Trevor Sabo.

One minute and 18 seconds into the period, Sabo scored his first goal of the evening. Then, midway through the period, he put the puck in the top corner, extending the lead to 6-0 heading into the second intermission.

Anthony Song scored the lone goal in the third period for either team, and the Cyclones skated away with a 7-0 win.
