Everyone craves sugar at some point, you’re not human if you don’t, right? Sugar can be one of the easiest cravings to satisfy, which also makes it one of the most dangerous foods. There are so many foods, snacks and drinks in the world, so explore them! If you are tired of filling your body with the poisons of bad sugar, try replacing your sweet treats with a healthier, possibly even tastier snack.

Craisins : Sour Patch Kids or Gummy sweets

Craisins may not sound like the most amazing thing. Try them out though! You would be amazed at how much they can do to satisfy your cravings and double as a much healthier choice.

Dark Chocolate Covered Berries : Milk chocolate treats

If you have an excuse to eat chocolate, why not take it? Dark chocolate is said to have great health benefits for you. There are several brands out there to try if you are interested. You can also find berries covered in chocolate. If you are going for chocolate, make sure it is DARK!

Crystal Light Packets :  High Sugar Juices

Juice may be a go-to drink when you are looking for a healthier option, but you are so wrong if you are reaching for that. Fruit juices have extra added sugar and are in no way the healthiest choice for you. Try picking up some Crystal Light packets or low calorie water sweeteners the next time you are at the store. They are not only sugar free, but low in calories. If you struggle to drink plain water, this is the way to go!

Yogurt bites : Ice Cream

If you have a Pinterest, you have probably seen a few yogurt bite recipes. They are easy to make and are a great substitute for any frozen treat you have in your freezer, especially ice cream. Yogurt bites are going to be more accessible and easier to grab if you’re looking for a quick frozen treat.

Fit Granola : High sugar cereals

Granola is definitely not a low calorie snack, but it is filled with nutrients. If you are reaching for a high-sugar cereal to satisfy your sweet tooth, try some granola and yogurt. If you are concerned with the calories in granola, try a “fit” brand, or a lower calorie choice with added berries or nuts.

Oatmeal Energy Bites : Granola Bars

Energy Bites are another treat you would need to make in advance at home, but again, they are easy and worth it. Energy Bites, unlike granola bars, are going to give you that extra boost of energy and put that hunger to rest. They are the perfect grab-and-go treat, just like a granola bar. Why not try them out?
