The Cyclones came away with another big victory Saturday morning, beating the Lobos 6-0 to close out the Aggie Invitational.

Emma Hylen was once again stellar, only allowing three hits for her six innings of work. The freshman saw action all four games this weekend, and came away with 2 wins and a save.

The offense started early in the first inning, with Iowa State scoring two runs on a Rachel Hartman double.

The Lobos pitcher, Tess McPherson, was able to take control of the game again until the fifth. ISU would plate four more runs, extending the score to 6-0.

Left handed pitcher Kristine Kimberley would enter the game for the final inning to close out the game.

The Cyclones improve to 10-4 on the season now, and leave UC Davis winning three out of four games in the tournament.
