Iowa State (15-7, 8-3 Big 12) swept Texas Christian (16-7, 6-5 Big 12) in three sets on Nov. 7 in Forth Worth, Texas, with a score of 25-19, 25-21 and 25-17.

This win is the second and final win for Iowa State over TCU in the 2015-16 regular season. The two wins have helped the Cyclones separate themselves and maintain third place standings in the Big 12.

Iowa State came out in the first set with an early 7-2 lead. They let TCU come back in the set, but closed it out at the end for a 25-19 set win.

This success kept rolling through the second and third sets and allowed Iowa State to get the sweep. These two wins will help Iowa State get a little closer to earning a higher seed in the NCAA tournament at the end of the year.

Iowa State will go on the road again next week to play West Virginia at Morgantown, West Virginia, on Nov. 11 at 5 p.m. The Cyclones swept the Mountaineers at home on Oct. 21 earlier this season and will look to sweep them this regular season.
