• Baylor dominated Kansas last weekend 66-7. The Bears moved up one spot in this week’s AP Top 25 Poll to No. 2, surpassing former No. 2 and Big 12 foe, Texas Christian.

• West Virginia fell last week 33-26 to Oklahoma State in an overtime thriller. The loss marked the Mountaineers’ second straight in conference play.

Last Week:

• Texas Tech didn’t stumble last week against Iowa State, beating the Cyclones 66-31 at home. The win gave the Red Raiders their first in conference play this season, and snapped a two-game losing streak.

• Kansas couldn’t get much going last weekend, falling 66-7 to then No. 3 Baylor at home. The Jayhawks are still searching for their first win of the 2015 season.

Last Week:

• Oklahoma was downed last week by Texas, 24-17, in the Red River Showdown, shocking many college football fans around the country. Texas’ win marked its first in conference play and came after the Longhorns were nearly shut out the week before against TCU, losing 50-7. Following the loss, the Sooners dropped nine spots in the AP Top 25 Poll.

• Kansas State lost a close battle last weekend with TCU, falling at home 52-45 in the game’s final moments. The Wildcats are still searching for their first conference win in 2015.
